Pipedrive + SkipUp
Schedule meetings automatically when Pipedrive deals reach a stage.
Connect Pipedrive and SkipUp through Zapier to automatically schedule meetings when deals move through your pipeline. SkipUp’s AI contacts the prospect via email to find a time.
What you’ll build

Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- SkipUp connected to Zapier (setup guide)
- Pipedrive connected to Zapier
- A Pipedrive pipeline with a scheduling stage (e.g., “Demo Requested”)
Zap 1: Deal stage → Meeting request
Section titled “Zap 1: Deal stage → Meeting request”Step 1: Set up the Pipedrive trigger
Section titled “Step 1: Set up the Pipedrive trigger”- Create a new Zap
- Pipedrive → Updated Deal trigger
- Add a filter: Stage = “Demo Requested”
- Test to pull sample data
Step 2: Add the SkipUp action

- Map the fields:

Step 2: Create a Pipedrive Activity

Step 3: Update the deal stage
Section titled “Step 3: Update the deal stage”Add another action:
- Pipedrive → Update Deal
- Move to “Demo Scheduled” stage
Handling cancellations
Section titled “Handling cancellations”- SkipUp → Meeting Cancelled trigger
- Pipedrive → Create Activity → “Meeting cancelled — follow up needed”
- Optional: Move deal back to “Demo Requested”
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Invalid organizer” — The deal owner’s email must match a SkipUp workspace member.
No person email — Make sure the Pipedrive deal has a linked person with an email address.
