Zapier Integration

SkipUp’s Zapier integration lets you automate AI-powered meeting scheduling from any app in Zapier’s ecosystem. When an event happens in your CRM, form builder, or any other tool, SkipUp’s AI can automatically reach out to participants via email to find a time and book the meeting.

What’s new in 1.1.0

• Team email routing — The Schedule Meeting action gained a Team dropdown alongside Organizer Email. Pick a team and SkipUp routes the request through the team’s scheduling email; the team’s mode (round robin, collective, or manual) decides who handles it. Use this OR Organizer Email — one is required.
• Campaign attribution — Pick a campaign when scheduling a meeting in the Schedule Meeting action, or filter the Find Meeting Requests search by campaign. Every meeting-request output now exposes the full campaign__* attribution block (id, name, slug, source) plus team_id for team-routed requests.
• Find Campaign search — Look up a campaign by ID, name, or slug.
• Find Team search — Look up a team by ID, name, or slug.
• Refreshed scopes — The connector now requests teams.read, campaigns.read, and campaigns.write in addition to the existing meeting-request and member scopes. Reauthorize your existing connection in Zapier if a step reports a missing scope.
