Manage billing and subscriptions

How to upgrade your workspace to Pro, manage your subscription, purchase add-ons, update payment methods, and view invoices.

SkipUp offers three plans: Personal (free), Pro (per-seat pricing), and Custom (enterprise). The Billing page lets you compare plans, upgrade, and manage your subscription.

Personal is the default free plan. Every workspace member gets 10 meetings per person each month at no cost.

Pro is a per-seat plan with a shared meeting allowance for the workspace. Choose from three meeting tiers when you upgrade:

Each member who needs Pro access requires a purchased seat — see Manage seat assignments for details on assigning seats after upgrading.

Custom plans are available for teams that need annual invoicing, dedicated support, or custom configuration. Contact [email protected] for pricing.

To upgrade your workspace from Personal to Pro:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. In the plan comparison section, find the Pro card and click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Meeting tier — Choose the meeting tier that fits your team (30, 100, or 250 meetings per month)
  4. Add-ons — Optionally add the Agent Customization add-on ($199/month) to white-label your meeting agent
  5. Review the order summary, then click Continue to Payment

You’ll be redirected to Stripe to enter your payment details and complete checkout. Once confirmed, Pro features activate immediately.

Pro subscribers can switch between meeting tiers (30, 100, or 250) by clicking Change Plan on the subscription card:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period
  • Downgrades are scheduled for your next renewal date so you keep your current allowance through the end of the cycle

If a downgrade is pending, an alert banner appears above the subscription card showing the target plan and effective date. You can cancel the scheduled downgrade from that banner. The Change Plan button is disabled while a downgrade is pending — cancel the downgrade first to make a new plan change.

Seat assignments are managed separately from your subscription. Go to Settings > Members to assign, change, or remove Pro seats. See Manage seat assignments for details.

Pro subscribers can purchase add-ons for additional capabilities.

White-label the meeting agent with your own branding. Customize the display name, short name, email handle, and signature that appear in all outgoing agent emails. See Agent Identity for full details.

Agent Customization can be added during initial checkout or at any time from the Meeting Agent settings page.

Pro subscribers can manage payment methods, view invoices, and update billing information through Stripe’s Customer Portal:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage in Stripe on the subscription card
  3. This opens Stripe’s portal in a new tab where you can:
    • Update your payment method
    • View and download invoices
    • Update your billing name, email, and address
    • Cancel your subscription
